Microssoft will spend several hundred million dollars marketing Windows Vista, perhaps going over the one billion dollar mark. Why do people need to be convinced to use Windows ? Is this a popularity contest or a discussion of merit ? Microsoft is like the corrupt incumbent in a political election.
